Jacqueline Fernandez Takes Religious Path To Find Solace, Wears Bracelet, And Chants Mantra Amid Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar Controversy-Report

In tough times, everyone turns to the almighty to find solace. The same happened with Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez as her name has been accused by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) of her involvement with conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar in a Rs. 200 crore money laundering case. Reportedly, she recently visited a guruji's ashram in Delhi. Many film families and celebrities are followers of Guruji Nirmal Singh from Delhi and the latest in the addition is Jacqueline Fernandez.
The ‘Kick’ actress recently visited Guruji's ashram in Delhi's Chattarpur. As per reported by Pinkvilla, a source close to the actress was quoted as saying, “She visited the ashram in July. Took blessings at the Shiv Mandir that was established by Guruji. Someone close to Jacqueline advised her to visit Guruji's ashram in Chattarpur to turn tough times into better times. Source adds, since then, Jacqueline is taking Guruji everywhere with her in the form of wearing a bracelet of Guruji & also chanting guru mantra once a day.”
For the unversed, Nirmal Singh, who hailed from Malerkotla in Punjab, died on April 30, 2018.
Recently, with the development of the extortion case, the ‘Bachchhan Paandey’ actress was questioned by the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) after ED attached several FDs in the case. As per the report in ANI, she insisted that the deposits were created from her own income even before Sukesh had entered her life.
Meanwhile, last week when ED summoned both the conman and the ‘Race 2’ actress for the cross-questioning the actress agreed to receive 4 bags from Gucci, Chanel, Saint Laurent, Dior, 2 shoes from Louis Vuitton and Louboutin, 2 outfits from Gucci, perfumes, 4 cats, a Mini Cooper, 2 diamond earrings, a multicoloured diamond bracelet from Sukesh.
On the work front, the 37-year-old actress will make her Hollywood debut with the upcoming anthology Women Stories. She will also be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus along with Ranveer Singh and Pooja Hegde. The film is slated to release on December 23, 2022, theatrically.
